Refund Policy

Becoming, operated by Jose Eduardo Chavez, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team at notify@mybecoming.live and we'll help you through it.

You can also pause or cancel your subscription at any time — from the Membership page in the app or through Paddle's secure customer portal. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Once a refund is processed, your paid plan ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your journal entries remain yours; you can delete your account and data at any time as described in our Privacy Notice.
